Manufacture High Energy

I believe that all successful people have a foundation of success that’s built on knowing that their #1 daily goal is to create, within themselves, the perfect level of positive energy each minute of every day.
Why should you focus on creating it?
– Internal positive/high energy creates a magnetic force that pulls your vision, goals, objectives, internal claims, thoughts, and feelings to you
– This is where the saying “Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy,” comes from
– In general, people are very attracted to others with high energy. This energy says:
- I care about you!
- How can I help you?
- I am unconditional in my approach to life and work and put others first.
– High positive energy puts you in the right place at the right time!
– You become very lucky, you get all the breaks you need to meet and exceed your personal and career goals
How to create High Positive Energy:
– Consistently complete your #1 daily goal
– Monitor yourself and check your internal energy – is it high or low?
– Become aware that your feelings, attitude, and actions all effect your energy levels
– Food intake – Water, fruits, vegetables……. Are you getting enough proper nutrition?
– Consistent aerobic exercise regime
– Unconditionally helping people
– Tell the truth to yourself and others
– Lastly, make a list of what makes you feel good and when your energy level drops, refer to the list and find one way to execute on it
The benefit of staying in the state of High Positive Energy = a happy, content, and successful life!
