I take the time to learn about you, your aspirations, and what might be holding you back.
I start by asking:

Through this deep dive, we co-create a roadmap for your success. The coaching process I use is built on these foundational principles:

Be prepared to share:
Start a dedicated “Mark David” file where you can drop any emails, notes, or content you want to explore together. At the beginning of each coaching session, you’ll be asked, “What did you bring to discuss today?” so we can immediately focus on what matters most to you. My attention is 100% on our time together and on supporting you in a meaningful, results-oriented way.

During our coaching session, I’ll ask you, “Did I add value today?” That question reflects my commitment to ensuring each session is meaningful, impactful, and worth your time. I hold myself accountable to deliver real value in every conversation we have.
