Self-Coaching

Self-coaching is an easy principle to execute on a daily basis – the key is to concentrate on creating positive energy within yourself.  Creating positive energy is a matter of being in alignment with your goals, feelings, thoughts, and actions.

Another important component to self-coaching is… acceptance.  Acceptance allows you to see things clearly and truthfully, without emotion. By accepting the truth of what IS, it will allow you the ability to coach yourself in order to make the correct adjustments.  These adjustments will be focused on your feelings, thoughts and/or actions. Adjustments are a coach’s best-friend. They are your true money makers! By making the correct adjustments, you’ll up where you want to be vs. thinking later “How did I end up here?”.

Coach yourself to advance your capabilities, skill sets, and overall value to the world around you – the byproduct will be greater abundance, love and success in your life.

Each quarter decide to leverage one of your strengths or shore up one of your behavioral opportunities for growth. Then, create a self-coaching program that includes how you’ll accomplish this goal over the next 90-days.

Review this plan at the end of each day. Identify how you’ll implement tomorrow’s actions to stay on track. Take a moment to visualize it, see it, touch it, feel it, taste it, smell it and hear it! Remember, awaken your desire to change…give it life! The next day coach yourself to do it again. By holding yourself accountable, you’ll bring excellent, positive energy into your day.  You have what it takes to self-coach your way to success!

Appreciate the Day,
