Self-Image – Self Esteem – Self Confidence
Self-Image is the internal picture you hold of yourself. You can’t out-perform your self-image as it creates the boundaries for you in your life. In other words, how far do YOU think you can go?
Self-Esteem is how you feel about yourself. It defines what you think you’re capable of doing and what you think you deserve to achieve. The words feel and deserve are the key words here.
Self-Confidence is your belief in your ability to adapt, achieve positive results and control the outcome of your life. It is a large part of who you are, what you do and how you do it.
So, how can you use these three characteristics to your benefit?
First, write out what you want your self-image, self-esteem and self-confidence to be/look like in 2018. Include what it is about these characteristics that you want to become your reality.
Next, spend a few moments everyday (morning and evening) to read and, most importantly feel, that these positive characteristics are alive inside you. So alive that there is an energy that fills your entire body. This affirming energy lets you know that you’re reprogramming your mind and that the new, positive characteristic have been implanted.
Now, go into the day and be the person you want to be!
